Lauren Chriceol, owner and sole practitioner of Restorative Rituals, strongly believes in the body’s innate ability to heal itself. Using her expertise in therapeutic massage, she empowers her clients to harness their own natural healing capacity.
Born and bred in the U.S., Lauren honed her skills at the Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy in Colorado, where she underwent extensive training in remedial massage practices. With over seven years of experience, Lauren continuously expands her evidence-based knowledge and bodywork expertise with every new client that gets on her table.
While deep and detailed pressure is her strength, her main goal strives to achieve a state of blissful relaxation for anyone who gets on her table. Her sessions may integrate a blend of trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilization, stretching techniques (table Thai), Chinese Cupping, hot stones, intuitive energy work, aromatherapy, visualization, and breathwork, all tailored to meet the individual’s needs.
For Lauren, massage is an art form, and each session is a unique experience.
She is fascinated with the emotional and neurological connections to every ache, pain, and point of tension we experience. Day after day, clients come to her with complaints of sciatica, plantar fasciitis, tight hip flexors, chronic shoulder and neck tension, and headaches—just to name a few. And more often than not, these physical discomforts are accompanied by stress from work, family challenges, relationship struggles, illness, or major life transitions. This is no coincidence. Our mental and emotional well-being is reflected in our tissues, whether we consciously recognize it or not.
That’s why it’s so important to have the right support—someone who can hold space for both the body and the mind. With the right techniques and a grounded presence, we can reconnect to ourselves, move out of our heads, and back into our bodies, where true healing begins.
“The bad news is you’re falling through the air, without a parachute and nothing to hang on to. The good news is… there’s no ground.”
— Chögyam Trungpa
This quote is an invitation to let go. To stop resisting. To surrender to the experience. For a moment, imagine what it would feel like to bring this kind of release into your own life.
This is what she hopes to offer you when you arrive on her massage table. Even if just for an hour, you have permission to step away from the story of your life and return to a deep, quiet peace within. The effects can last long beyond one session—clearing the mind, softening the body, and even recharging the spirit.
