Restorative Massage
This is a curated therapeutic massage specific to the client’s unique needs. Lauren may combine a blend of trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilization, stretching techniques (table Thai), Chinese Cupping, hot stones, intuitive energy work, aromatherapy, visualization, and breathwork, all while having relaxation and rejuvenation as the main intention of the session.

Educated and highly experienced in prenatal massage, Lauren takes her approaches from her Restorative sessions but caters to the needs of the mother and her little bub, ensuring absolute safety and comfort. Using side lying positions, the mother is nestled snuggly in soft pillows and secure draping. She can just close her eyes, focus on recovery, and bliss out for the entirety of her session.

Prenatal Massage
Hot Stones Massage
Hot stone massage is a therapeutic and soothing treatment that combines the benefits of traditional massage with the calming effects of heated stones. During the session Lauren will use the stones to gently massage the body, targeting areas of stress and discomfort. The heat from the stones penetrates deeply into the muscles, aiding in the relief of chronic pain, muscle stiffness, and stress, while enhancing the overall experience of relaxation. The pressure used is of the client’s choosing and aromatherapy can be included.

Mobile Massage
Mobile Massage is a convenient service that brings professional massage therapy directly to your home, office, or any location of your choice. Relax after a long day, relieve muscle tension, or enjoy a soothing experience in the comfort of your space, this service offers personalized care without the need to travel. Lauren comes fully equipped with everything needed for a high-quality, relaxing session. These sessions must be booked over the phone or email. Extra delivery fees apply for outside of Newcastle.
