Terms of service.
Massage Session Expectations:
Prior to each massage session, the therapist will enquire about your health concerns and wellness goals. Your treatment plan will then be discussed with you. Before your first visit with us you will receive a text message confirming your appointment and a link to a form that must be filled out and signed prior to your session. Clients who we have not seen for at least a year may be asked to fill out this form again.
Responsibility of Payment:
You will be charged the cost of service prior to your booked date of massage or at the time of massage. You agree to pay to Restorative Rituals all fees, whether or not you dispute the amount of the charge or the quality or nature of the services provided.
Cancellation Policy:
Please provide at least 24 hour’s notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a massage. This gives us enough time to fill the slot with someone from the waiting list. If a client fails to cancel within 24 hours the client will be charged for 50% of the session's cost. No call, no shows will be invoiced the full amount of the session.
Late Arrivals:
If the therapist shows up at the correct time and location that was booked in advance, but the client is over 15 minutes late, the session may have to be rescheduled because of possible appointments booked afterwards. This will be considered a "canceled" appointment and the client will be charged 50% of the session's cost. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. "No shows" will be charged 100% of the session's cost.
